Rev. Barr. Fr. Victor Nyoroh

(Executive Director)


A clergy man of an outstanding repute: A Vincentian Missionary Priest. A Barrister at Law. A Deputy Superintendent of the Nigeria Correctional Service. A National Chaplain of the Corrections. He is an outstanding Human Rights activist with great passion for the vulnerable poor, youth, mother and child in prison and poor communities.He is an UNODC trained and certificated person on substance abuse for young people.

Executive Director, Earthspring International, an Advocacy NGO for Returning Citizens from Prison. African Coordinator, Vincentian International Network for Justice and Peace Integrity of Creator. He has won award in Justice Development and peace commission (JDPC Award) 2014 and Transparency and Accountability in Financial Management Award ( 2016 ) by Champions for Change


Paul Ejembi

(Administrative Manager)


A professional program manager experienced in community service, community engagement, outreach and humanitarian service. He has undergone several trainings on Human Trafficking, Capacity Building on Climate Change, Strengthening Civic Advocacy and Local Engagement Positive Youth Development Program, National Frameworks, Federal Child Right Act and Community Leaders Lend Support to Awareness Campaign Administration of Criminal Justice by Partner West Africa.

He holds a diploma in Business management and has worked in Funtaj International School Kuje as Hostel Manager. He is competent in public speaking, presentation, needs assessment, fieldwork, leadership, good influencing and community action.


Lydia Adinnu

(M & E Officer)


She has a Masters Degree holder in Social work and Environmental Health Management. Has headed three different Basic schools in Kuje were she impacted strongly in the life of youth before joining Earthspring international outreach.


Agnes Egwu

(Desk Officer)


A graduate of Mass communication currently in charge of maintaining Earthspring International Abuja office. She is the Desk officer for Earthspring’s Returning Citizens program. She is a good office manager and well experienced in client service as she attends to enquiries made on daily basis and ensures she represents the organization positively. She is courteous, welcoming, a good team player and has contributed positively to the smooth running of the office through her efforts and participation.


Chiamaka Ada Pius

(Programme Manager)


Chiamaka Ada, Pius is a technically skilled Administrator with 5 years of experience working for non-governmental organizations. Excelled at organizing teams and sticking with the budget provided, built and maintained relationships to achieve organizational goals.

Chiamaka is a trained Economist from Madonna University Okija and a trained Social worker from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu State which gives her the edge to deliver excellently on the field while delivering excellent administrative duties.

She is competent in Microsoft Office Suite, Program Management expertise, Administrative Support, Data entry, Good Communication, Records Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Case management, Project lifecycle and is trained in Cultural Sensitivity and cultural shock. Asides her competence, she has done lots of courses and earned certificates in the development sector, leadership, human right’s etc.

She is a Member of The Nigerian Association of Social Workers, Member of The International Association of Public Health Logisticians and Member of Young African Leadership Initiative. Chiamaka is currently the Programme Manager of Earthspring International Abuja.


Volunteer Josephine C Ibe

(Legal Officer)


A legal practitioner with years of experience in ‘’ solicited for ‘’ advocacy across the hierarchy of court in Nigeria. She analyzes data for compliance with legal regulations particularly on human Right issue and leverages on this experience to promote Human Right of the vulnerable group in the society.

Solomon E. Mathias

(ICT Officer)


Certified ICT professional with qualifications in Business Management, Computer Appreciation, Desktop Publishing, ICT and e-trading. He has worked as a Computer Graphic Artist at the National Compendium Magazine, Wuse, Abuja, Computer Graphic Artist at Abuja Pep Printing/Publishing Company, Asokoro, Head of Production at Eki-International Publication, Garki, Abuja and is the Managing Director of Graphixpoint Communications Gwagwalada, Abuja.

Asides ICT, he is an active grassroot politician who serves as the Organizing Secretary, All Grassroots Alliance (AGA) Party, FCT-Abuja Chapter. He is also the State Chairman, All Grassroots Alliance (AGA) Party, Benue State Chapter. He is skilled in Computer Graphics Designing, Printing, Finishing, e-trading and Driving. One of his achievements is the Best Graphic Artist Award, 2009, Good Shepherd Newspaper, Area 2, Garki, Abuja.


Rosemary Chinedu Anah

(Volunteer)


Rosemary Chinedu Anah is young and vibrant youth motivator and mixer from Imo State State. She is a peer influencer whose charisma has pooled youth as volunteers of the Organisation. She is the lead volunteer working with our youth volunteers in promotion of adolescence health, fight against drug and gender-based violence for some time. She is a holder of School Certificate of Education and currently upgrading her further studies in Mass Communication in Federal University of Nassarawa State, Nigeria.
