Earthspring International carries out a reentry and recovery program developed for the youth and the prisoners, otherwise known as Take them Out and Keep them Out (T.O.K.O.), with the objective to promote behavioral modification through skill acquisition and empowerment.

Earthspring International Outreach with Support from Spark Ignite successful carried out a skill acquisition and empowerment program for reintegration of ex- female inmates in Minna, Niger State Nigeria. The project successfully trained and empowered 50 ex-inmates.

Earthspring with support from YouthRise Nigeria successfully implemented a project titled Promoting Advocacy and awareness for people who use drugs in prison the aim of the project is address stigma and discrimination faced by people who use drugs in Kuje Prison. With generous support from local philanthropists, Earthspring International Outreach (EIO) constructed a five-unit toilet facility for staff and inmates at the Kuje Correctional Centre. This intervention was implemented to address poor sanitation and improve waste management within the correctional facility.

Earthspring International Outreach in partnership with Theresa Eyamba Idem Foundation, Earthspring organized an outdoor Eye Clinic for the Prison inmates in Kuje Prison and Suleja prisons and donated eye syrups/drugs after diagnoses and correction eye glasses for 52 inmates and 10 staff in Kuje, 22 inmates in Suleja prison.
