EIO BOARD OF TRUSTEES (BOT)
Earthspring International has a team of four men (4) and three women (3) of proven integrity and track records, seasoned and consummate professionals in the various fields of endeavors, who are passionate to the drive the goals and values of the organization to people’s lives. They are drawn from the fields of law, health, economics, management, business, religion and academics
On the Organogram, the BOT occupies the top tier of governance structure and control responsible for the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer, approval of the conditions of service of all staff as well as the approval of the annual work plan and its cost,
budgets, audit reports and other cutting-edge initiatives and programs. While the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) reports to the BOT,
he leads the day to day organizational administration and assisted by the Program Director, Head of Finance and Administrative Secretary
on the management level. Other supporting staff include the ICT Officer, Accountant, the Volunteer Desk Officer (VDO) and Logistics Officer.
The management team is saddled with the responsibility of formulating policies, procedures and establishing systems for the seamless running
and financing of the organization.
1. Rev: Fr. Victor Nyoroh - Executive Director.
A clergy man of an outstanding repute: A Vincentian Missionary Priest. A Barrister at Law. A Deputy Superintendent of the Nigeria Correctional Service. A National Chaplain of the Corrections. He is an outstanding Human Rights activist with great passion for the vulnerable poor, youth, mother and child in prison and poor communities. Executive Director, Earthspring International, an Advocacy NGO for Returning Citizens from Prison. African Coordinator, Vincentian International Network for Justice and Peace Integrity of Creator. He has won award in Justice Development and peace commission (JDPC Award) 2014 and Transparency and Accountability in Financial Management Award ( 2016 ) by Champions for Change.
2. Theresa Kaka
A Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts. A Master degree in Public Administration from the University of Calabar and Degree in Mass Communication from Bayaro University Kano. A Country Director of Rise Up’s Nigeria.
3. Prof. Patrick Akpan- member
Professor of Business Administration, Nnamdi Azikwe University Awka , Strategic Management Economics Business Policy.
4. Dr. Susana Adams –member
Hold D. Pharm Long Island University Brooklyn New York U.S.A, D. Lifestyle Medicine Harvard Medical School Massachusetts U.S.A, a MSc Health Management Benue State University Nigeria. A MBA Ahmadu Bello University Zaria Nigeria, Work with a Pharmaceutical Industry in the community Retil Setting in Marketing Setting Hospitals. Work with major Pharmacy Chains including, Walgreens, Rita Aid and Duane Read Pharmacy.
5. Fr. Linus Umoren – member
Umoren worked in several administrative roles after Joined the Vincentians a Religions order of priest and brother in 1988. He has served as Director of Multiple Seminary formation levels in his native country of Nigeria, Coordination of international Vincentian student and provincial Director of Vocation in Rome.

7. Dr. Chirsto-Mary Udokang
Dr. Chris is a multi-tasker professional. A Forensic expert with strong skills in Project formulation and Management, Audit and Investigation, Institutional strengthening and corporate governance, Capacity Building and Mentorship, strategic Engagement and Influencing, Resource Mobilization and Fundraising, Relationship and Partnership Management, and is an excellent communicator with outstanding skill in ICT. He got trained and majored in International Business and Policy Matters Ph. D), Project Management Technology (Masters) and Accounting and Finance (First level). Aside his academic qualifications, he is a Fellow (FCA), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); Associate Member (ACIT), The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN); Fellow (FNIM), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered and member of other International professional bodies with over seven (7) Diplomas and Certificates in International Development, Conflicts Management, Project Management and Leadership. Chris has scaled over 30 years working experience in various managerial capacities as a Consultant to the European Union, the World Bank and several INGOs. His analytical skill as a finance expert has continued to enhance delivery of value-added services to agencies, organizations and companies in the public and private sectors. In the same value-added mission, Chris is currently serving as the National Consultant, Nigerian Correctional Catholic Chaplaincy Services and has used the position to contribute effectively to the rehabilitation, reformation and reintegration objectives of the Nigerian Correctional Service. Chris is a Chevalier/Major, Knights of St John International (KSJI) and a happy father with children.
